We understand that COVID 19 has changed a normal school day schedule. We are able to accommodate morning schedules as well as afternoon schedules. Please fill out the form under the "Sign Up" page to discuss rates.
If you are unable to ride for longer than a week but would like to keep your spot on the van, please let us know and we will charge you a prorated amount for that month.
Please click on the "Payment" tab, select your payment based on your contract, and follow the steps provided thereafter. Payment options include: PayPal or credit/debit card.
Clutch members will provide families with monthly invoices if you choose to create an account. Otherwise, you will receive a contract at the beginning of the school year detailing payment and due dates.
Please note, creating an account is not the same thing as filling out the sign up form on the sign up page.
Clutch members will do their best to accommodate everyone. Students are served according to the school they are attending and area of pickup. For students outside of those areas, we will maintain a waitlist until other students from your school/area request service. Due to cost over overhead shuttles will not service areas with less than 8 students.

Clutch cleanliness is a top priority. Drivers are instructed to spray and wipe vehicles clean after every pick up and drop off. Clutch shuttles will also get a deep cleaning twice per month. Clutch will also follow the guidelines provided by the California Department of Education for social safety. Upon embarking on a Clutch shuttle, students will be provided with hand sanitizer and assigned seating. Additionally, all drivers and students will be required to wear face masks during transport.

In order for Clutch drivers to maintain an on-time schedule for school arrival, please make sure your student is ready for their scheduled pick up time. For hybrid scheduling, (morning and afternoon pick up from home) all drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at pick up. For after school pick up, Clutch drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes before departure. If a student is not ready for pickup, Clutch drivers will need to continue on with the route.
